Buddhism in many Asian countries is actually very conservative but I feel that the left has kind off hijacked it in the USA. The Buddhist left in this country seems to believe in sexual freedom while the real Buddhist teachings condemn this. It kind of seems that Buddhism in America is a safe haven for Christian-haters, atheist, and gays. I am only saying what I see. If the truth hurts then learn to live with it.
