It would help to know how many letters are in each word. I’ll do the best I can.
basic message of Buddha’s Teaching:
Dharma means the teachings and hence the way to nirvana.

understanding of suffering and detachment:
Enlightenment means the highest goal of life is to
reach Enlightenment; a state of being that goes beyond suffering.

freeing yourself from worldly desires:
Liberation means that by following the Buddha’s path one escapes the cycle of craving and suffering.

rules buddhists learn to end desire:
The Four Noble Truths are the essentials of Buddhism
The Eightfold Path which lead the Buddhist towards the path of Enlightenment.

form of Buddhism practiced in North America and Europe is most likely Zen.
