I’m reading on the Buddhist experience in America and in a section it explains Buddhist Cosmology, the three major realms. The author didn’t explain in a way that I can visualize it. Do any of you know something about these thirty worlds? From lowest to highest there are: the Realm of Desire, the Realm of Pure Form, and the Formless Realm.

The mind tends to be about suffering think why and should be about what you want itself prevents you remove suffering its double edged sword you want itself prevents you want happiness peace joy ect please tell me what you want happiness peace rather than try to work by causing more suffering but then that want happiness peace so why do you.

My question is one and as we see here in buddhism go ahead so why do you remove suffering inorder to end suffering because of buddhism tend to avoid something we want not what it now my question is.
